Born in Poland in 2005, Zofia Adamek trained at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance in London, graduating in 2026. During her studies, she worked with a range of renowned choreographers and teachers, developing versatility across both classical and contemporary dance styles. She performed in the United Kingdom in collaboration with Wayne McGregor and with the Richard Alston Dance Company. She further enriched her training through international programs and workshops at Ballet BC, Arts Umbrella, the Joffrey Ballet School, the English National Ballet School, and the Martha Graham School. She joined Ballet Preljocaj Junior in September 2026.
