Born in San Francisco, California, in 2004, Sara Wilson began training at a local dance studio at the age of five. She competed across the United States and internationally in all different styles. In 2021, she moved to Paris to further her training at the Goubé European Dance Center. She later joined the Arts Umbrella Post-Secondary Grad Program, directed by Artemis Gordon, where she received her dance diploma in May 2025. During her studies, she worked with numerous choreographers, studying and performing repertoire by William Forsythe, Crystal Pite, Marco Goecke, Lukas Timulak, and Sharon Eyal, among many others. She joined Ballet Preljocaj Junior in September 2025.
