Born in New Zealand in 2006, Sophia Brewerton trained at the Chilton Ballet Academy, NZ, before studying full-time at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance in London, UK. During her studies, Sophia worked with numerous choreographers and companies including Akram Khan, Ioannis Mandafounis & The Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company, Ballet Boyz Company, Miguel Altunaga, Jordan James Bridge, and James Cousins Company. Sophia has a passion for creating choreography, with short pieces being performed at the Sadler's Wells Lilian Baylis Theatre. She graduated from Rambert School in 2025 with a BA(Hons) in Dance. She joined Ballet Preljocaj Junior in September 2025.
