Tunisian artist and choreographer, Syhem Belkhodja is the director of the festivals "Tunis Capitale de la Danse", "Doc à Tunis", the international documentary film festival in Carthage, "Al-Kalimat" words marathon and director of two schools: the School of Arts and Cinema and the Contemporary Dance Mediterranean Center. Arts activist, she wants to promote artistic development in Tunisia using diffusion, creation and training activities. In 2002, she founded the Nes El Fen Association in Tunis.
Syhem Belkhodja presented two creations at the Pavillon Noir: Les Frontières de l'invisible, in October 2016, and Les raisons d'espérer, on February 2020.
