This summer, the Ballet Preljocaj will be performing in the remarkable setting of the Théâtre de l'Archevêché, in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, for two exceptional open-air evenings.

Way back in 1989, Noces already contained Angelin Preljocaj’s whole alphabet: casting light and shadow on dancing bodies, the radiating shine of the performers and the omnipresence of the music. Six years later, the female duet Annonciation reveals itself in a face-to-face full of contrasts. Today, Angelin Preljocaj creates Torpeur with the collective 79D. A repertoire evening, between past and present.
