With his project, Angelin Preljocaj hopes to reconnect with the written word. The problem of story telling is the project of his inquiry. He’s now collaborating with two great artists, Pascal Quignard, author of many successes, including the scenario of «  Tous les matins du Monde  », and Bernard Cavanna, a composer whose works are played in all the festivals of contemporary music and has notably collaborated with the film director Alain Fleisher. Here is the challenge to which history is witness. Ballet and narration were born together. Contemporary dance in exploring new territories distanced itself from story telling. But a change of direction is now creating a new dynamic.
