Angelin Preljocaj proposes creations where dance converses with painting, paintings come to life, bodies sketch lines and colours and lights start to move.

Inspired by the works of Gustave Caillebotte and Edgar Degas, Men at their bath and Women at their bath explore the very edges of intimacy and question how we look on the masculine and the feminine. The choreography sublimates the beauty of a unique moment and the poetry of the quotidian. A new creation where the paintings come to life completes the evening.
